I am a Swiss-Pakistani Canadian psychologist. I completed my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Southern California and have lived in Barcelona for 20 years. I can work with you on problems in living, existential issues, and relationship issues, in addition to mental health challenges like depression and anxiety. My goal is to provide you with the change you seek, be it through the application of strategies to live the life you want given the givens or to explore deeper life and self issues, or both.
